ZDRUŽBA DLAKAVEGA SLEČA IN NAVADNEGA SLEČNIKA Z RUŠJEM
Rhodothamno–Rhododendretum hirsuti (Aichinger 1933) Br.-Bl. et Sissingh in Br.-Bl. et al. 1939 em. Wallnöfer 1993

   

Združba dlakavega sleča in navadnega slečnika je conalna združba na nadmorskih višinah od 1400 do 1900 m in na apnenčasti in dolomitni podlagi. Na osojnih strmih pobočjih, kjer je razvoj vegetacije zaradi plazov in snega, ki leži daleč v obdobje vegetacijske rasti, zelo otežen, uspeva združba tudi na nižjih nadmorskih višinah. Tla so slabo razvita: prevladujejo plitve, skeletne rendzine s prevladujočim prhninastim humusom.

Diagnostična kombinacija rastlinskih vrst
Drevesna plast:
redke navadne smreke (Picea abies) in evropski macesni (Larix decidua).
Grmovna plast:
Pinus mugo (dom.), Juniperus sibirica, Larix decidua, Lonicera caerulea, Picea abies, Rosa pendulina, Salix appendiculata, S. glabra, S. waldsteniana, Sorbus aucuparia subsp. glabrata, S. chamaemespilus.
Zeliščna plast: Anemone trifolia, Bartsia alpina, Calamagrostis villosa, Carex ferruginea, Cytisanthus radiatus, Dentaria enneaphyllos, Erica carnea, Heracleum austriacum subsp. siifolium, Knautia drymeia subsp. drymeia, Laserpitium peucedanoides, Lycopodium annotinum, Phyteuma orbiculare, Polygonum viviparum, Rhododendrum hirsutum, Rhodothamnus chamaecistus, Rubus saxatilis, Senecio abrotanifolius subsp. abrotanifolius, Vaccinium myrtillus, V. vitis idaea.
Mahovna plast: Cetratria islandica, Dicranum scoparium, Hylocomium splendens, Rhitidiadelphus triquetrus, Pleurozium schreberi, Rhytidiadelphus loreus.

V sestojih je predvsem dobro razvita grmovna plast, manj zeliščna in mahovna. Združba ima povsem varovalni pomen.

Združbo dlakavega sleča in navadnega slečnika uvrščamo v zvezo Erico-Pinion mugo.

 

The Rhodothamno–Rhododendretum hirsuti (syn. Rhodothamno-Pinetum mugo Zupančič et Žagar 1980 prov.) is a zonal association located at altitudes between 1,400 and 1,900 meters, on limestone and dolomite bedrock. On the sunny side of steep slopes where the development of vegetation is hindered by slides and snow, the association also thrives at lower altitudes. The soil is poorly developed and shallow, skeletal rendzic. Leptosols with predominant moder humus prevail.

Tree layer:
Picea abies (rare), Larix decidua (rare).
Shrub layer:
Pinus mugo (dom.), Juniperus sibirica, Larix decidua, Lonicera caerulea, Picea abies, Rosa pendulina, Salix appendiculata, S. glabra, S. waldsteniana, Sorbus aucuparia subsp. glabrata, S. chamaemespilus.

The shrub, herb, and moss layers are well developed in the stands. The protective role of the association is of great importance.

The Rhodothamno–Rhododendretum hirsuti is classified in the alliance Erico–Pinion mugo.
